Job Overview
The Inside Sales and Business Development Manager is a critical role that will communicate and build relationships with both new, past and existing accounts. This role will include selling collections and pitching new product assortments within the Lolli & Pops private label products to both wholesale and corporate gifting clients. The Inside Sales and Business Development Manager of Corporate Gifting role reports to the Director of Sales.
Role Responsibilities
Corporate Gifting

Target sales by channel (Specialty/Department stores, Independents, Grocery, Companies and Specialty Events) to achieve blended wholesale margin thresholds

Rekindle former accounts and network to establish new on-brand partnerships

Identify prospective new customers and business opportunities

Follow-up on all wholesale inquiries and determine whether to move forward based on fit with on Lolli & Pops brand standards and financial opportunity

Negotiate favorable payment terms with wholesale accounts

Work with clients via phone, video calls and email

Monitor and protect the Lolli & Pops brand in all wholesale environments

Prospect new accounts and new trade channels

Report progress/success weekly through scorecard and team meetings

Identify obstacles and work collaboratively with the Sales team to improve.
