We are looking for the right motivated individual, who is well versed in proper etiquette and procedures for fine dining and banquet service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with GM and other house managers to create VIP offerings that reflect company standards and focus on the guest experience.
- Deliver quality experiences through proper steps of service with an in-depth knowledge of spirits, wine and gourmet culinary items.
- Great team player with the ability to create excellent working relationships and help lead, mentor and develop members of their team.
- Highly organized, anticipating needs and over delivering wherever possible.
- Strong dining room presence and the ability to handle the back office administrative duties that include scheduling and POS systems
- Assist with the training and managing of all new F&B staff.
- Problem solving and analysis skills.
- Qualifications and Desired Traits:
There are a few things that are critical to your success – following company policies and procedures, maintaining a positive attitude at all times, being a problem solver, maintaining confidentiality, paying attention to detail and to personal appearance
- Minimum of three years prior management experience in a high‐volume club, hotel, or resort and proficient in managing fine dining and banquet events at a luxury level.
- Customer service‐oriented, team player, sharp attention to detail, and self‐motivated with a true passion for food and beverage.
- Degree in Hospitality/Business and/or equivalent experience a plus
- Level One Sommelier Certification highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Apple Operating Software and Microsoft office
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including proper email etiquette.
- Work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.
- Willing to sign a Non-Compete and Non-Disclosure Agreement'
