Lone Mountain is seeking a fun, engaging, energetic Dance Instructor to join our team! Lone Mountain's dance program focuses on high energy, fun methods to teach children the love of movement.

Responsibilities:
  • Make sure everyone is safe.
  • Love and respect students while teaching them to dance.
  • Be a team player who is consistently dependable and reliable.
  • Complete required training and be a continual learner.
  • Follow our curriculum with a focus on the needs, abilities and comfort of each student.
  • Positions require physical movement and lifting and the ability to move easily throughout the dance studio.
  • Work to ensure students and families feel welcome and safe; provide excellent customer service
  • Smile and have fun during your entire shift.

Qualifications:
  • Caring and compassion for children and adults
  • Strong communication skills
  • Great attitude and willingness to be coached
  • The ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to commit to a consistent work schedule
