We are looking for an exceptional Manager on Duty to join our team. A successful candidate will perform all expected tasks with maximum accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail.
As a Manager on Duty you will assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing all activities of the front office to ensure high standards of guest service and accuracy. You will ensure staffing levels are appropriate for occupancy levels and assist the FOM with weekly schedules, reports, timecards and disciplinary action. Have complete working knowledge of Front Office system, including all daily transactions. Properly handle any guess issues or complaints as they arise in a professional and respectful, efficient manner. Accurately and efficiently manage and perform all front desk functions including check in/out, reservations, PBX, etc. Follow all company policies and procedures including upholding and retraining front office associates when necessary. Communicate accurately and efficiently with all guests and associates, respond in a timely and professional manner and provide accurate directions, information and any other service required when answering calls.
Follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Manager and Director.
