Bankruptcy Case Manager/Paralegal

We are adding to our team!

Working in bankruptcy lends knowledge to all facets of the law, as bankruptcy touches every legal issue from contracts, torts, family law, probate, and more.

Bankruptcy experience is a plus, but not required. Mortgage/Title experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay based upon experience.

Duties include:

  • Greeting clients and people entering the office
  • Answering/Managing multi-phone system
  • Ability to listen to client issues, assess their needs, and be able to communicate the attorney-appointed procedures with the Client.
  • Basic arithmetic and math skills are a must.
  • Bestcase operation and utilization, Clio Grow, Calendly, Microsoft Office, Pacer, knowledge recommended, but not a must.
  • Must have strong grammar skills and communication skills.
  • Provide support to paralegals, attorneys, other staff to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Other duties as assigned by attorneys.

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
