Branch Manager
Under the general direction of the Regional Manager, the Branch Manager performs a variety of management functions relating the operation of our sales office that are important to the success of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all phases of office management, including the recruitment, retention and training of sales associates to build productivity. Including, supervising the sales associates and support staff.
- Provide leadership surrounding the support of affiliated businesses and is responsible for the strong fiscal management of the office profit and loss.
- Responsible for the compliance with Long & Foster Policies and Procedures.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining an efficient, profitable and productive operation with a professional office atmosphere; and for assisting associates with sales/performance related problems.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have real estate experience and a license consistent with the regulations in the state where the office is located
- Must meet all continuing education requirements necessary to maintain the license
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior supervisory/management experience is preferable as is experience in the location where the office is located.
