Guest Services Coordinator (Customer Service)
The Guest Service Coordinator will provide support for guest check-in and check-out, they may inspect properties between guests and will coordinate maintenance and cleaning services.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience
- 1 years of experience working in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible schedule. Weekend work is required
- Strong computer skills required with basic to intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Must be able to attend a half day training in May (more details to come)
- Reliable transportation required as the Guest Service Coordinator will be required to use their personal vehicle to visit the various properties for deliveries and/or inspections.
Wage:
$22 - $25 hourly (temporary summer position)
