Guest Services Coordinator (Summer Opportunity)

This summer opportunity for a Guest Service Coordinator will provide support for guest check-in and check-out, they may inspect properties between guests and will coordinate maintenance and cleaning services.

Guest Services Coordinator (Customer Service)

The Guest Service Coordinator will provide support for guest check-in and check-out, they may inspect properties between guests and will coordinate maintenance and cleaning services.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience
• 1 years of experience working in a customer service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible schedule.  Weekend work is required
• Strong computer skills required with basic to intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Must be able to attend a half day training in May (more details to come)
• Reliable transportation required as the Guest Service Coordinator will be required to use their personal vehicle to visit the various properties for deliveries and/or inspections.

Wage:

$22 - $25 hourly (temporary summer position)
