Full Time, Experienced Administrator for Long Term Care
Someone that is familiar working with the facility management staff and consultants in planning all aspects of facility operations, including setting priorities and job assignments.
Managing facility budgets and business practices to include labor costs, payable, and receivables.
Fostering positive relationships on behalf of the Facility with Government Regulators, families, Area Health Care Community, and the Community at large.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a Licensed Administrator in good standing and currently licensed by the state of Texas.
- Must have 4 years experience as an Administrator in long term care
- Completion of Bachelors Degree or appropriate education to meet state licensure requirements, and at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
- Complete continuing education hours as required by the State.
- Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents, families, and government regulators, and to work cooperatively with other associates at all levels.
