Overview
Our team is looking for a friendly upbeat hostess to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate is well organized, has great customer service skills and is dedicated to creating a positive dining environment for all our customers. He or she should be willing to help out in any area needed such as food running, serving, or busing. Some back-of-house assistance might be needed throughout your shift such as food running, serving, or even busing. If you love the restaurant business and genuinely enjoy people, we need to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they walk through the door
- Provide customers with accurate wait times estimates during busy periods
- Maintain a neat, organized front-of-house environment
- Seat customers, and take them through the ordering steps, as well as answers any questions they may have.
- Assist with opening, closing and side tasks as needed.
- Provide assistance and help in other areas as needed
Qualifications
- Must be able to work on your feet for 6 hours
- Flexible schedule, holidays and weekends are a must
- At least 16 years of age
- Customer service experience preferred
- Organizations skills
- Adapt to fast pace work environment
- Team oriented
