We’re seeking to add a highly motivated individual to join the Talent Acquisition team as an Early Careers Recruiter. This role is responsible for both strategy and execution of the entire Early Careers hiring lifecycle, including management of the internship. The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of experience in either recruitment, project management or administration and can work well under pressure in a busy, dynamic environment.
We’ll trust you to:
- Take full responsibility for innovation, design and implementation of all stages of the Early Careers recruitment process: marketing; on-campus events; interviews; diversity partnerships & strategy; summer internship program.
- Act as Program Manager for the summer internship, planning and executing all firmwide programmatic elements such as onboarding/orientation, training, information series, philanthropy events, assessments etc
- Partner closely with the business and Head of TA to determine cohort headcount, using data to drive decision making
- Engage business leaders and key stakeholders to ensure buy-in to the early career plan and program
- Manage hiring decision process to ensure fairness, transparency and diverse representation within the class
- Take ownership of Day One for both intern and full time classes, partnering with onboarding to ensure that all compliance requirements are met and that new joiners have an immersive and positive experience on their first day.
- Work with the Marketing and Communications teams to design a holistic communications strategy for Early Careers, encompassing all aspects: campus events, diversity partnerships, intern activity etc
- Represent the TA team in division and/or firmwide projects as necessary
- Critically evaluate processes and use of technology on an ongoing basis, driving continuous improvement and alignment across hiring divisions to ensure that Lord Abbett remains an employer of choice among early career candidates

Compensation Information: Annual base salary for this role is $100,000 - $110,000. Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.
Discretionary Bonus: Role may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are determined by several factors including, but not limited to, firm, team, and individual performance.
