Learning Management System (LMS) Project Lead
The LMS Project Lead will be the main point of contact for any questions or issues related to the LMS system. This will require a familiarity of the company and Paylocity e-learning. They will develop a tentative schedule for each phase of the project. They will also be responsible for updating Management with the ongoing process and development of the program.
Requirements:
- Become familiar with the Paylocity LMS system
- Access under Learning in Paylocity
- Identify learning needs
- Determine the skills, knowledge , & abilities of the learners
- Prioritize and choose the subject
- Define the requirements
- Determine the desired results
- Research & Collect pertinent information from those involved
- Plan the project
- Outline a course of action
- Set a timeline for each phase of the project
- Create the content
- Sort the information in a logical order & determine information to be used
- Develop testing methods, training certificates, etc.
- Determine the best format to present the information
- Have the ability to track the employees training
