## Job Summary

## Responsibilities
- Supervise and train servers, bussers, and other front-of-house staff on service standards and procedures
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery to guests
- Assist in managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting up tables and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems
- Uphold high standards of food handling, safety, and hygiene practices
## Experience
- Previous experience in fine dining or a similar upscale restaurant environment
- Proficiency in basic math for handling cash transactions and splitting checks
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food industry practices and standards
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience in bussing tables or assisting with food service is a plus
