Summary description : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Duty Truck Maintenance Service Advisor to join our team.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their trucks are maintained and repaired efficiently and effectively.
The Maintenance Shop Service Advisor will lead day-to-day coordination of maintenance as well as customer interactions for an internal fleet of 45 trucks and a growing customer base of external customers.
You will work closely with our technicians and customers to schedule maintenance and repairs, provide estimates, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
This role will also support in the parts department. This role is based out of Camden, SC.
