As we endeavor to expand and revolutionize specialty care within the health and beauty sector, we seek a motivated and dynamic Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team.

Position: Marketing & Sales Specialist

Job Outline:

• Strategy Development: Craft and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness, customer retention, and revenue growth.
• Client Relations: Foster relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their experience with our spa exceeds their expectations.
• Digital Marketing: Work with the content design team. Oversee online campaigns, content creation, and social media platforms. Ensure SEO optimization and manage paid ad strategies.
• Local Engagement: Cultivate relationships with local influencers, press, and businesses to promote our brand in the community.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and report on KPIs. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive growth.
• Sales Initiatives: Develop promotional packages, loyalty programs, and upselling techniques tailored to our clientele's unique needs.
• Event Planning: Organize and host events to showcase our services, partnering with notable brands and influencers when possible.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of professionals to ensure marketing efforts align with service offerings and client feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Team player only.
• An innovative and outside-the-box mindset is a plus.
• 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the luxury spa, wellness, or beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of the Los Angeles market and clientele.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, creative thinker with a drive for results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects.
