Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in compelling sales presentations, spotlighting the irresistible perks of vacation ownership and the array of amenities at our resort.
• Cultivate relationships with potential clients and existing owners, driving sales through meaningful connections.
• Address any concerns or queries from customers during their resort tour and purchase journey.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations by participating in daily sales meetings and educational sessions.

Position Requirements:

• Preferably possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Exhibit proficiency in delivering captivating presentations consistently.
• Maintain a prompt, reliable, and motivating demeanor.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication.
• Showcase professional interpersonal skills to negotiate win-win solutions effectively.
• Bring a dynamic and outgoing personality to the table.
• Possess organizational and leadership capabilities, along with a polished appearance and demeanor.
• Obtain a Nevada Real Estate or Timeshare License (Company support provided).
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
