General Manager
Reports to: Owner/President/COO
Location: Shreveport, LA
Lotus Hospitality is a luxury hotel in the heart of Shreveport, LA. We are looking for a General Manager to oversee all operations and help us deliver great customer service and guest experience.
Job Requirements:
·Own the day-to-day operations of the business, including scheduling, labor management, financial, and operational.
·Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
·Manage staff and provide direction on daily tasks.
·Coordinate vendors and contractors to ensure proper billing and payment.
·Manage all marketing efforts to generate interest in the hotel and promote our brand.
·Work with our C-Level team to ensure smooth operations and guest experience.
·Ensure that all team members are working safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.
·Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.
·Manage daily cash flow through weekly cash deposits.
·Ensure that bank deposits are made in accordance with guidelines for bank account security.
·Maintain weekly bank deposits in Excel spreadsheet.
·Perform other duties as assigned by the Owner/President/COO.
