Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivers exemplary hospitality for internal and external guests
- Understanding and execution of nightly financial reporting
- Exceeds SNHD guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment
- Fosters a positive work environment
- Maintains healthy relationship with resort leadership
- Effectively schedules line level staff to established pars
- Must have SNHD Manager Card up to date
- Must have TAM card up to date
- Cognizant of the importance of waste control and limiting breakage
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager in full service, moderate to high volume restaurants
- Proficient with computers (Microsoft Products), POS and technology
- Strong interpersonal skills and financial acumen
- Vast product knowledge
- Professional verbal and written communication with guests, employees, vendors, and ownership
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail
- Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time
