Responsibilities
• Greet customers on arrival and build and manage relationships with customers.
• Handle phone calls, emails and other customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide feedback and updates to customers regarding their vehicles and answer any questions they may have.
• Maintain paperwork, filing systems, records, and other data.
• Balance work orders, invoices, and other related paperwork.
• Maintain a positive customer experience and be proactive in identifying customer needs and launching solutions.
• Carry out daily administrative tasks.
Requirements
• At least 1 years of experience in customer service preferred
• Excellent communication skills with customers, employees, and other stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Sound judgment and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must pass criminal background check
