Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate, manage and implement internal on-boarding and training programs.
- Recommend, coordinate, schedule, and track training programs for all staff.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including website updates, newsletter, social media.
- Coordinate travel plans and provide detailed itineraries for crews as requested.
- Plan and coordinate in-house employee luncheons and events.
- Responsible for tracking and celebrating employee birthdays and anniversaries (cards/gifts, etc.)
- Create and coordinate employee welcome packages.
- Assist teammates with daily housekeeping.
- Mailing/Emailing out new hire items to new team members.
- Be the first point of contact for all visitors to the office.
- Assist with office management, including ordering supplies and daily maintenance.
- Attention to detail.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized with a proven ability to prioritize and multitask to ensure timely completion of deliverables Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
- Flexibility in scheduling; willingness to work additional and irregular hours as needed on occasion.
- Periodic travel to attend meetings, trainings, or train/onboard employees.
Holidays
Personal Time off & Holidays
- During the first calendar year of employment, and after 60 days of service, an Employee is eligible to accrue a maximum of 10 days of PTO (or 6.667 hrs./month)
- PTO is to be used in a minimum of 2-hour increments.
- Company provides paid time off, in addition to the PTO, for the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
- This benefit is based on a 40-hour work week. Further guidelines are outlined in our Employee Manual.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The position requires the ability to spend long hours sitting or standing while using office equipment and computers. Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and keying. Occasional lifting, pushing/pulling, carrying 30 lbs of supplies and materials is required.
