Louis Vuitton Client Service Center is seeking a Digital Private Client Coordinator in the Irving, TX area! This is an opportunity for a results-oriented relationship curator with expert problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.

As a virtual liaison to the House, the Digital Private Client Coordinator is responsible for elegantly catering to inbound client inquiries and fostering a prolonged client relationship.

The Digital Private Client Coordinator cultivates and nurtures clients attained from our e-commerce personal shopping program. This role identifies needs relevant to client interests and introduces products and categories to increase market share while ensuring a luxury experience.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years' luxury retail sales experience with proven results and previous cross-selling experience within a client development/relations aspect. They are able to think big picture while paying careful attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a fast-paced, global team. Duties for the role include the following:

  • Effectively communicate providing unparalleled service to all clients.
  • Maintain sense of urgency responding to client leads and inquires.
  • Identify needs to understand client and propose relevant solutions.
  • Create tailored messaging to include product images and details.
  • Source product and process orders, pre-orders and reservations.
  • Educate clients on product and services.
  • Drive profit through courageous selling.
  • Use discretion to field client experience issues or non-selling opportunities.
  • Manage high volume correspondence email and chat, text or phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments with clients utilizing video conferencing tools to introduce new offers.
  • Nominate qualified clients for exclusive in-store experiences and special events.
  • Maintain a modern client book for targeted secondary reach through CRM.
