Louis Vuitton is seeking a Merchandising Manager for our Women’s team who will be responsible for developing and executing merchandising strategy for Women’s across LVA. Primary responsibilities include: collaborating with category merchandising managers to support buying sessions and prepare for launches and events to achieve sales objectives, creating content for and supporting product trainings and summits, and providing qualitative and quantitative business presentations for executives and Paris.
Profil
The Merchandising Manager will support comprehensive action plans, collaborating with category managers and across departments to drive LVA priorities, new launches, and in season to achieve sales goals. Create tools and recaps for events and in-store animations, based on local market needs. Participate in buying sessions – inputting orders and creating recaps. Support product trainings and summits for store teams. In addition, provide qualitative and quantitative business reports for executives and Paris team. Support product trainings and summits for store teams. As well as lead Special Women’s Merchandising projects, as needed.
We are eager to speak to highly experienced Merchandising Professionals with a minimum of 5-7 years merchandising experience. This individual must have exceptional computer skills, including advanced Excel (functions, formulas, macros, vlookups, pivots). You will have strong analytical skills, product sensibility, taste level and extensive knowledge of competitive landscape & Trends. You will be highly driven organized and commercially minded with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the High Luxury industry and has strong negotiation skills, as well as outstanding communication and influence skills. French speaking is a plus!
