Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to patients and support the medical staff in delivering high-quality healthcare services.
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses and injuries
Skills:
-3-5 years direct patient care is required
-Proficient in pain management techniques
- Experience in health coaching for patients
- Knowledge of geriatric healthcare needs
- Understanding of physiology and its application in patient care
- Ability to work with electronic health record systems
- Public Health and Home Care experience with OASIS experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and protocols
- Expertise in infectious disease prevention and treatment
