| Position Summary | The incumbent is a member of the Custom Applications team responsible for programming and support of in-house developed and vendor-provided software. Working closely with other team members, the employee will work to develop new software solutions, apply software upgrades, implement modifications and enhancements, support legacy applications, develop interfaces to third party systems, and assist end users. As part of the team supporting software that is critical to Enterprise operations, such as security access systems, the incumbent must work to resolve issues quickly and effectively. As a senior level analyst, the incumbent is responsible for mentoring and advising less experienced analysts. |
