Job Summary
 
The Alice New and Used Salesperson is responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles to customers in a dealership setting. The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with customers, assess their needs, and recommend vehicles that meet their needs and budget. The Salesperson will also work closely with the sales team to ensure that sales goals are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and build rapport to establish trust and confidence.
  • Assess customer needs by asking questions, listening to their concerns and desires, and recommending vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrate the features and benefits of vehicles to customers.
  • Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text to answer questions, provide information, and address concerns.
  • Use CRM software to manage and organize customer leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
  • Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers and finalize sales transactions.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest vehicle models, features, options, and pricing as well as competitive brands.
  • Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve sales goals and meet performance metrics.
  • Follow dealership sales processes and procedures and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers and provide a thorough orientation on vehicle features and functions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any post-sale issues or concerns.
  • Attend training and development sessions to improve knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, but not required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales goals and exceeding performance metrics.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
  • Familiarity with ELeads CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office, preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
