*$4,000 Sign On Bonus – The bonus will be paid in the following increments ($1,000 paid the first of the quarter following hire, and $1,000 paid out the following three quarters thereafter). The employee must be employed at the time the bonus is scheduled to be paid.*

BASIC PURPOSE: Maintains equipment at CNG stations by performing maintenance.  Also troubleshoots issues by responding to service calls.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs maintenance on hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment installed at CNG stations
• Performs natural gas engine maintenance and repair 
• Performs daily maintenance of site equipment
• Monitors pressures and temperatures
• Maintains oil and fluid levels
• Trouble-shoots issues by responding to service calls (24/7), leading the team to continuous improvements and service delivery
• Proactively coaching, motivating and developing others while providing leadership for CNG mechanics
• Other duties assigned as needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

• Education: 
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required
  • Trade schools, Associates Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Experience: 
  • Experience maintaining basic mechanical or electrical systems required
  • Preferred knowledge of hazmat skills and/or background with managing OSHA guidelines
  • Preferred minimum of 1 year of CNG experience or equivalent experience in HVAC, Industrial Compressed Air systems, Electrical and / or Mechanical. Cat or Waukesha Engine experience a plus. 
  • Minimal 1 year of experience in leadership role

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Hard Skills: Working knowledge of Hazmat and OSHA regulations
  • Soft Skills: Good written and oral communication skills, data entry, team player, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, self-motivated, good time management skill, ability to multitask and excellent analytical skills
• Typical Physical Demands: 
  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping. 
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. 
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. 
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision. 
  • Valid Driver’s License
