ROLE OVERVIEW
Primary responsibilities include working and managing inbound and outbound activities to support the company’s logistics function. Utilize a time sensitive and detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate movement and delivery of product.
We are looking for a talented and creative individual that is incredibly hard-working, highly motivated, organized and efficient, adaptable, energetic, professional, collaborative, supportive, a great communicator, and with an overall great work ethic.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring and scheduling inbound deliveries from factories and other suppliers, domestic and international
- Check packing lists against order quantities and price; communicate and resolve discrepancies with vendors
- Ensure all wholesale shipments are processed in compliance with customer’s routing guides to avoid chargebacks
- Sending orders to warehouse with instructions for fulfillment
- Monitor warehouse performance to ensure they are meeting the deadlines
- Approve invoices for payment
- Update RLM with voyage dates and shipment details
- Prepare inbound shipments in RLM and ASN detail in accordance with the packing lists
- Collaborate with production, accounting, marketing, and DTC teams on product availability
- Communicate with DTC suppliers for brand collaborations on ready dates; communicate and update DTC and marketing teams
- Recap DTC team on incoming styles daily as well as open order status report
- Handle special requirements such as ordering UPCs, price tickets, etc.
- Handle all shipping of employee’s personal orders, samples, and gifting/PR orders
- Allocation of reorders/swaps/replacement orders and shipping
- Close out unfulfilled open orders with frequency

SKILLS, QUALITIES & BEHAVIOURS
- 1-2 years related work experience
- Strong excel skills
- Experience in RLM and working with a 3PL is a plus
- Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to prioritize their workload
- Ability to multi-task and work simultaneously with different departments
