We are looking for a Receptionist to be the face of the food bank. This position ensures that every guest is attended to and cared for with respect and integrity. We have groups of volunteers who help sort food, neighbors who require assistance, partners who help distribute food and visitors who want to learn how they can help feed more people nutritious food.
This role requires a high level of customer service with diverse populations. Coordinating volunteers to assist at the front desk is required, as well as maintaining a positive work environment and managing front desk processes.
If you have a high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in customer focused work environments, are proficient with MS Office and data entry, and are able to handle multiple projects under pressure working with diverse populations, apply now.
