Description
Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida is looking for individuals to provide assistance for organizations participating in the Summer Lunch Program. Dates of employment will be June 6 through August 5, 2022. This will be a SEASONAL full-time position working 40 hours per week and may require you to work early mornings or late afternoons.
This position will be responsible for:
- Entering and maintaining all data for the Boys & Girls Clubs Summer Food Service Program into a database
- Communicate with inbound and outbound calling with site aides, monitors, supervisors, and other program personnel as needed
- Process account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the site supervisor for resolution
- Enter data by alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard according to screen format
- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedure
- Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
- Organize and file documents received from site personnel.

Open Requirements/Supplemental Information
- Ability to type 45 w.p.m. or more.
