Are you looking for a home where you be excited to see friendly patients every day with a small, super organized and friendly team? Do you want to be greatly compensated, appreciated, and celebrated for the way you make a difference in our community? If so, we want to hear from you!
Our patients love us so we are growing! We are a fee for service, out of network boutique dental office that needs an additional front office coordinator 4-5 days per week. We will provide training on the job, especially if you are new to dentistry.

Job Description: These requirements are representative, but not inclusive, of the knowledge and skill required.
- Patient scheduling, billing and collection
- Promoting excellent customer service face to face, email, and over the phone.
- Knowledge of regulations related to insurance.
- An upbeat, can-do attitude, willing to learn and help out to make the day flow smoothly for the whole team.
Job Structure
- Hours: 4-5 days a week | Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 with morning huddle at 7:45 AM.
- Benefits after 90 days: Free dental care minus the lab fees, 1 week PTO and 7 paid holidays off
- Provided: Blazer/Sweater and office swag, monthly lunch meetings, quarterly team training and bonding
- Procedures include: Invisalign, Bioclear, Composite and Porcelain Veneers, Laser Dentistry, Botox, Tooth Gems
We are looking for someone has customer service experience, attention to detail, empathy, a positive mindset, a friendly personality, and excellent communication skills. A background check will be conducted with your consent.
