Job Overview :
This role, the Release Train Engineer will be responsible for multiple trains within the Service and Support Technology Domain supporting Business Operations, Notifications and Tracking, and Service Transformation.
Responsibilities :
Work within a primarily Agile methodology with teams completing 4 PI’s per year, each with six, 2-week sprints.
Each Train will have 5-10 well-formed scrum teams made up of both employees, contingent workers, and single vendor teams.
Plan and manage all ART meetings as well as PI planning events.
Be the Tech representative working with the Business PMO to ensure that Tech deliverables are in line.
Track all project dependencies and risks along with the Features planned for delivery.
Maintain all required management metrics and reports.
Accountable for all teams’ SDLC documentation.
Train Scrum Masters on the LPL processes and tools.

Requirements :
Experience Leading Agile Teams that are onsite, remote, and offshore
Formal training in Agile and Waterfall methodology or significant experience using the methodology. Agile or Safe Agile Certified a plus.
Expert knowledge of tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Knowledge of tools such as Planview, ServiceNow, and Tempo are a plus.
4 years college degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or significant years of experience in the role.
Preferences :
At least 5 years of various Agile Project Management experience with at least 3 years as an RTE
Experience in Financial Services IT or Product Management a plus
Pay Range :
$121,600.00 - $202,600.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
