We're seeking a Technical Recruiting Leader to manage and motivate our hardworking team of recruiters. A successful Talent Acquisition Manager is passionate about partnering with Technology department heads and senior leaders to build and oversee strategy to drive results, building scalable processes and using metrics to inform all recruiting decisions.
This position is responsible for developing, driving, and executing the recruiting strategies that support our Technology recruiting organization. This individual will know how to manage, mentor, and lead a team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators through the entire recruiting life cycle while also working closely with the business unit leaders to drive recruiting practices and strategy for their organization.
What you’ll do:
Oversee day-to-day operations of recruiting professionals, including but not limited to, leading weekly one-on-one conversations, managing productivity of recruitment efforts of the team, and monitoring goals and performance to metrics in Workday and managing their development.
Partner with HR and key stakeholders to measure accuracy around requisition progress, status, and onboarding.
Influence through strong relationships, expertise, and data while managing a complex set of stakeholders.
Roll up your sleeves to get things done in tandem with participating in complex strategy discussions with senior leadership.
Partner with LPL Diversity and Inclusion team on diversity sourcing and slating efforts.

Requirements
6 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, within Technology/IT, handling multiple lines of business or functions.
4 years of direct or indirect people management experience.
Core Competencies
Ability to manage a complex, detailed requisition load with multiple moving parts.
Proven track record of developing and mentoring recruiting professionals at all levels.
Exemplary collaboration and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail and complex problem-solving.
Keen understanding of complex compensation plans.
Experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with metrics, numbers, and trends.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to include verbal, written and presentation.

Salary : $114,000 - $144,000
