Key Responsibilities
- Conduct team evaluations and offer direct feedback.
- Maintain a strong safety culture and manage risks.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Balance project schedules, costs, and quality.
- Enter operation data and manage payroll records.
- Schedule and manage equipment and resources.
- Participate in hands-on crew tasks when needed.
- Promptly report accidents and ensure site safety.
- Build lasting relationships with clients.
- Uphold LPR’s core values in all activities.
