Job Profile

Due to continued growth across the Favsco 23 Ltd franchise t/a Reeds Rains, our Head Office in Harrogate are looking to recruit two highly motivated Admin Assistants on a permanent full time and part time basis, to join our team of Admin professionals.

Our administration team are responsible for over 360 employees nationwide. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly desirable employer.

 

Job Role:

 

The successful applicants will be working within a friendly and supportive environment. You will be responsible for undertaking a range of administrative duties to support the Admin Team. Duties can include but are not limited to:

  • Assist and Manage Payroll submission
  • Assist and Manage Recruitment
  • Manage and process staff expenses
  • Assist Purchase Ledger department by using QuickBooks to document transactions and manage invoice
  • Correlate Casual and Overtime Hours
  • Monitor staff training and compliance
  • Process Stationery Orders
  • Adhoc commission data and business stats distribution
  • Manage H&S risk assessments
  • Assist with holiday cover in other departments if and when necessary

 

Requirements and Experience:

 

  • GNVQ/NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent
  • 4 GCSE/O level passes A-C or equivalent, including English and Maths
  • Experience of working in an administrative and payroll environment with basic knowledge of accounting preferred
  • Experience and strong knowledge using various Microsoft programmes and databases
  • Experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive data
  • Attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet relevant deadlines in a demanding environment
  • Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision in a proactive & methodical manner

  • Basic salary between £21,000 - £24,000 (depending on experience)
