Job Summary
We are looking for an office assistant to undertake a variety of day-to day office tasks and provide administrative support. You will be an integral part in ensuring smooth office operations and providing successful support in various business activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide general support to walk-in customers (such as cash/check handling)
- Assist and handle all requests and inquiries to the sales department (New Account Assignment, Sales Report, etc.)
- Support other departments with various administrative or operational tasks (redirecting calls, scheduling meetings, drop ship or purchase request etc.)
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
- Address customer inquiries such as shipping error, re-route shipping address, etc.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school degree or above
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with Windows-based applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- High-energy, positive attitude and an enthusiasm to excel
- Bilingual is a plus!
