Job Description
Job Title: MS 365 Product Owner
Location: Schaumberg, IL(Remote)
Duration: Fulltime
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the M365 products in coordination with the M365 Governance Working Group, Global Technology Services (GTS) Team Leads, the Global Cyber Information Systems (GCIS) Team Leads, and the Global CIO.
- Oversee adoption of MS tools throughout the Enterprise.
- Align MS products with the overall IT enterprise architecture vision and goals.
- Evaluate and preview MS features prior to rolling them out to users worldwide. Make key decisions on priorities and design, and work to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned.
- Engage appropriate cross-department/divisional stakeholders at the appropriate time.
- Understand the engineering, security, and business sides of MS and be responsible for representing the end-user’s needs.
- Develop a thorough understanding of business processes with an eye to applying MS solutions to solve business challenges.
- Provide periodic communications to project sponsors, stakeholders, and management
- Present both strategic and tactical visions to the team and executive management.
- Align and unify ALL stakeholders to a shared vision and a common focus
- Develop expert ‘As Is’ knowledge of platform systems and help define ‘To Be’ system solutions and flows.
- Display a strong orientation to user-base, including ability to understand needs and apply this knowledge to product enhancements and communication content.
Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
