Position title: Manager, Creator Growth
About the role
Our consumer app, LTK, is the largest creator-driven shopping platform used by millions of shoppers every month to find new styles and products curated by creators all over the world. As the creator of this space, LTK offers the world's premier lifestyle influencers the ability to run their digital businesses successfully and with great ease. Our technology platform and activation team members provide creators the tools, strategies, and support they need to launch on LTK’s platform with an aim to maximize their earnings velocity.
As a Creator Growth Manager, you will be leading one of the most critical units of the business. You will manage a team of growth-hungry, acceleration-minded team of account executives responsible for creator acquisition. You will coach the team to focus relentlessly on the needs of our newest creators and help launch their entrepreneurial business on our LTK Creator platform. You will be be instrumental in refining our go to market messaging and driving results for the team. This role will report to our Director, Creator Growth.
How you will make an impact
- Frontline manage a team of creator growth account executives, which is responsible for onboarding new creators to the LTK platform and helping them achieve early success via earnings on the platform.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets for your team’s targets.
- Coach, motivate, and manage the team’s weekly productivity and pipeline
- Coach team on updated talk tracks relevant to product releases and changes in creator marketplace/economy.
- Weekly 1:1 sessions with AEs for pipeline and forecast management.
- Shadowing creator calls with team to help reinforce the creator growth playbook and serve as a getting started coach to newly approved creators of the LTK platform.
- Coach team on developmental feedback for continuous improvement in the creator onboarding process, combining the power of LTK’s technology with human empathy.
- Support in managing, tracking and reporting on team activities in designated CRM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including agency partnerships, creator success, sales operations, product, social and marketing.
- Provide thought leadership for overall creator growth and acceleration efforts.
What you will bring to LTK
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7 years of sales experience in a sales quota-carrying role with 2 years of management experience
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely and develop influence with a team to drive results in a remote environment
- Previous SMB or marketplace experience, preferably in creator economy/e-commerce/digital media
- Experience refining go to market talk tracks and enhancing playbooks
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and intellectual curiosity
- Ability to consistently exceed important metrics and conversion targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess an inner drive and passion for helping creators grow their business
- Excellent organization, project management and time management skills, and ability to take initiative
- Experience with google suite, Hubspot, Zendesk or other ticketing system
- Desire to work in a category-leading influencer marketing platform
- A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
