Summary of Position:
We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator with full cycle recruiting experience; from talent sourcing to interviewing and hiring great employees in a multi-state environment. This person will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You would also ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the top talents while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage an overall recruitment and retention strategy to align with business needs and growth plans, including an applicant interview process that supports the business and forecasting needs for multiple locations
· Develop and broaden recruitment channels to source and retain quality talents in local colleges, social media, and internet sites
· Responsible for building employment branding to attract talents
· Responsible for contract negotiations in areas of recruitment and temporary labor vendors
· Screen candidate resumes and conducts phone screenings to ensure best fit for the role
· Arranges management interviews by coordinating zoom or in-person interviews
· Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers
· Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
· Conduct new hire orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding process across multiple locations
· Develop and conduct the monthly hiring and turnover analysis report across the enterprise
· Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Education/Experience:
· 1 Years of related professional experience
· A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
· Human Resources experience with a sales industry is a plus
· Experience with multi-states HR is preferred
Skills:
· Ability to initiate and manage human resource policies, procedures and programs in compliance with company standards and industry best practices, ensuring consistent execution and compliance with federal and state labor laws nationwide.
· Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (written, oral and presentation skills)
· Ability to pro-actively plan, schedule, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously
· Ability to maintain confidential information
· Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Visio)
· Ability to work with minimum supervision
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Bilingual Chinese a plus
Other Requirements:
· Domestic and/or international travel may be required (up to 25%)
· Willing and able to work additional hours when needed
· Bend, lift, open and move products and related office items varying in weight form 1 to 30lbs, depending on need
