Assistant Project Manager *Bend, OR

About us:

We are a technology consulting company for Physical Security, Wireless, Cloud Voice & Data, and Fleet Management.

Responsibilities for Project Manager:

• Perform site walks from time to time and conduct yourself professionally (travel and vehicle required)
• Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project
• Estimate costs by looking at the entire project
• Prepare reports detailing all of the costs going into a project

• Input cost data into company database
• Assist with customer requirements for a project

• Assist with material and misc orders
• Support Project Manager by performing assigned duties

You’ll need to have:

• FULL COVID 19 VACCINATION CARD. (Required by our customers to work onsite)
• Must live near Portland, OR, and/or willingness to travel.
• A willingness and humility to learn the process.
• 2 years of experience working as an estimator
• Experience presenting to mid size and enterprise business customers
• High School Diploma
• A smartphone
• Dual Monitors, or widescreen monitor
• laptop - (optional but preferred)
• High speed, reliable home internet
• Experience and fast in Gsuite or Microsoft Office
• Pass a basic background check and drug test.
• Willingness to work from home.

• A driver's license and vehicle
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to put together a professional presentation
• Ability to create reports on costing data
• Amazing analytical and math skills
• Ability to work well on a team

• Ability to understand technical drawings and requirements
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, self-directed startup environment

Even better if you have:

• A bachelor's degree.
• Business Sales or project management Experience in the following areas: Physical Security, Wireless, Cloud Voice & Data, Fleet Management, Electrical, Construction
• Business Technology understanding
• Experience with Salesforce or a client management tool.
• Experience with reviewing Contracts and SLA’s
