Duties:
- Assist the manager in overseeing the daily operations of the establishment
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction
- Supervise and train staff members, including bartenders, coffee baristas, and banquet servers
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and timely service
- Assist in planning and executing catering events
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending, coffee service, banquet operations, or food production is preferred
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the foodservice industry
- Familiarity with catering operations is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
