Annual Salary : 80-85K based on experience.

We are currently recruiting for a Traveling Food Service Director to support the Food and Nutrition program for several Skilled Long-Term Care facilities in Pittsburgh, PA area.

The successful Traveling Food Service Director of Food and Nutrition Services candidate will have at least 2 plus years food management experience, computer literacy, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Prior food management experience in a health-care setting would be a plus in this role.

Traveling Food Service Director Duties :

• Ensures that the Food & Nutrition Department is operating within all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provides leadership, support, and guidance to ensure that Food & Nutrition Services quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines and customer service expectations are met.
• Develop and maintain positive client and customer relationships.
• Create a positive environment and ability to manage conflict and resolution.
• Successful fiscal management, achieve company and client financial targets and goals.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Traveling Food Service Director Qualifications :

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) and Servsafe.
• Must have Long- Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility experience.
• Certification by the Associated of Nutrition and Food Service Professionals
• 2 plus years in food service management.
