The Jr Production Maintenance Team Member will work with a qualified Production Maintenance Team Member within the production team for the purpose of achieving a key result or group of aligned results. Candidates should have a minimum of an associate degree in a Technical or Industrial Related Field, or minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Industrial Maintenance Position, and work to achieve knowledge of mission critical directives and situations surrounding process equipment in all areas inside the walls of the facility. They must Learn to develop strategies to meet team and company goals. Reports to Their Assigned Production Maintenance Team Member as well as various supervisors and managers throughout the production organization. The candidate must be willing to learn about automotive OEM process equipment, and related systems, be a problem solver, and be communicative and proactive in the execution of daily activities.
