The Luis Palau Association is a Christian nonprofit that exists to Proclaim the Good News, Unite the Church, and Impact cities worldwide. For more than 50 years, LPA has accomplished its mission through:

• Evangelistic outreaches and festivals in cities around the world led by gifted evangelist Andrew Palau
• Connecting, encouraging, and equipping thousands of evangelists worldwide through the Global Network of Evangelists (GNE)
• Celebrating and accelerating long-term gospel work and evangelism in cities around the world through City Gospel Movements (CGM)
• Global media (radio) and digital evangelism (Hope with God) ministries

Job Details:

As part of the Festival Department the Church Relations Director will work with the Festival Director to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships with local churches for an area-wide movement-based campaign to share the Good News of Jesus Christ through prayer, service, and evangelism efforts.

• Collaborate with festival director to determine your critical yet measurable goals: number of participating churches, number of people attending mobilizing conferences, etc.
• Maintain regular contact with designated churches to promote upcoming Festival-related events and determine the level of participation of each church. (Events with Andrew Palau, church launch presentations, festival friend trainings, publicity, team participation, etc.)
• Consult with churches to devise and implement a sustainable strategy to serve in their neighborhoods.
• Speak in local churches and community meetings when requested.
• Festival Friend Training and Follow-Up: Help churches train Festival Friends who will be ready to affirm commitments to Christ immediately, when people respond to the Gospel on site at the festival.
• Lead a festival team and work closely with a chair to recruit members of committee(s) as assigned by the festival director (this could be Family Fun Zone, Action Sports, Counseling, Follow-up, Prayer, etc.).

Experience and Skills:

• Project management skills
• Ability to travel one to two times a month or move to a city for 12 to 18 months.
• Ability to interact with diplomacy and tact amid influential leaders and diverse groups

• Ability to solicit donations
• Ability to develop creative partnerships when and where needed
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adapt to various situations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
