What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Service Manager position at Luken Investment Analytics?
Do you LOVE supporting clients with all things finance and want to work for a fast-growing investment firm?! We want to meet you to see if you may be our new Client Service Manager.
The Client Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our amazing clients have an exceptional service experience at Luken Investment Analytics. This role will work closely with clients and will collaborate with our internal team to manage the client's experience and implement and improve our processes. It’s a perfect fit for someone who has already started their professional journey in the financial world and is ready to grow.
How you will spend your time:
- Supporting client relations by working closely with the Financial Advisor to prep for and create superior client meetings.
- Ensuring that clients have everything they need from us – from accurate records to high-level follow-up.
- Following proven account maintenance processes to deliver a client experience.
- Rather it's completing or delegating client service tasks, you are responsible for making sure all tasks are timely, accurate, and communicated.
About us:
- Luken Investment Analytics is an elite fintech firm made up of wicked smart people who are focused on the human side of building wealth.
- We have a proprietary approach and software that sets us apart from other financial companies. It’s allowed us to be highly ranked for years and be featured on a ton of national news outlets.
- We know technology is critical, but so is creating an amazing experience for our clients.
- We are not trying to simply grow as fast as possible – we add amazing clients who feel more like partners than customers.
- We plan to double our team in the next 1-3 years – which means incredible career growth opportunities for anyone who joins us.
About you:
- You are outgrowing your role as a sales or client service assistant in a financial services firm. You know the difference between a traditional and Roth IRA, and a mutual fund and an ETF and can explain these in “human terms”.
- Nothing makes you happier than making clients happy, and you have stories to prove it.
- You can balance the need to go fast but still get things right.
- You have worked with enterprise platforms (i.e. MS Office, Redtail or Salesforce, Orion or Black Diamond, TD Ameritrade or Schwab, etc.).
- You are a non-stop, passionate, lifelong learner.
- You can collaborate – everyone says this, but we mean it. As a small company, we lean on each other for a lot.
- Listening comes naturally for you – you seek to understand before diving in.
- And, you are okay with just diving in. We can be your Sherpa, but you will have to carry your own pack.
- You are willing to “take out the trash” – as a small company, sometimes we all need to lean in and do what needs to be done, even making copies.
What you have been doing lately:
- Working for at least the last 1-2 years to support a Financial Advisor or a team in a financial services company.
