Job Objective
The purpose of this task is to obtain contractor support services for training, technical assistance, compliance, and programmatic support for the Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), Juvenile Family Management Division (JFMD).
Responsibilities
- Determine what skills and competencies are needed in order to meet JFMD’s current, emerging, and future transformation challenges and assessing any gaps in current trainings.
- Address program improvements, optimization and maintenance efforts in the following areas: standardization, workflow and process improvement, and quality control.
- Create and submit a detailed training plan in conjunction with ICE staff. The contractor shall provide curricula, instructional methods, techniques, learning materials, and other items as directed by the government.
- Work directly with the ICE COR to finalize the training plan, develop a timeline for completing all assessment activities and prepare a report of the findings. The contractor shall identify training competencies, knowledge, and skills that are needed by the government to bridge any current gaps. The data shall be used to make recommendations to the government.
- Use an integrated approach to training and development efforts to assist ICE in addressing current problems and meet emerging demands.
