What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chef position at Luli's?

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Create and develop new menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and dishwashers
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of food management and food service management principles
- Excellent culinary skills with a focus on quality and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in banquet or catering operations is a plus
- Knowledge of shift management and ability to lead a team effectively

Skills:
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and kitchen management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with staff and interact with customers
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative menu items
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and budgets
