Lulu Teamline is a unique business consulting firm that focuses on branding, brand presence, consumer top of mind, and customer loyalty in order for our clients to gain positive brand awareness, increased revenue, and an expanded market share.
Your mission is to offer customer support through phone, email, online chat or social media to customers who have questions, concerns or confusion around a particular product or service.
Salary:
Between $900 -$1250 per week
Responsibilities:
Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
Required Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferredCustomer service experience a plus
Phone-related customer service a major plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
Bilingual language skills a plus
