The Role

The Network Implementation Program Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing a wide variety of projects involving the construction of ISP and OSP facilities, buildings, road moves, etc. Oversees the construction process from conceptualization to completion including the oversight of engineers, construction supervisors, contractors, various trade workers and project managers. Effectively monitors and manages quality and completion of work and resolve issues. This position will be responsible for all aspects of Engineering and Design related to Lumen's fiber build objectives. This person will be responsible for the design portion of our network buildout in a specific market. Accurately reports on the progress of a project and updates databases as applicable to GPON.

• Moderate to Complex work using external vendors: network expansion, relocations, building adds

What We Look For in a Candidate

Required

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience or 2-3 years with a Master's Degree.
• Fully seasoned with typically 5 years professional experience.
• Knowledgeable and able to work in appropriate systems and Microsoft Office
• Fluent on current approved products and technology

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
