Responsibilities
You will own day-to-day recruiting operations as well as drive team priorities across operations, recruiting tools & systems, candidate experience and hiring metrics
- You will manage and develop our team of recruiting coordinators

You will manage all recruiting systems & vendors including ROI, implementation, optimization and/or configuration
- Embedding DE&I into the experience of every audience and function
Minimum Qualifications
Tenure in recruiting operations or a similar operational role with experience scaling recruiting capabilities
Previous experience as a people manager
Experience with BI tools for recruiting reporting
Experience with data-driven storytelling that drives action
Experience building and scaling programs in a high-growth, rapidly adapting, environment
