About This Role
The Data Analytics area is responsible for using modeling, statistics, trend analysis, and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore, identify, and analyze data.
Overall Responsibilities
- Maintain a line of communication with customers throughout the solar process.
- Ensure that each customer service-related issue is de-escalated in a timely, cost-effective manner, making changes and adjustments as necessary.
- Set expectations and timelines for the project team to promptly complete the project.
- Communicate with internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status with customers.
- Build relationships with customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills
- In need of a Bilingual Applicant. (Spanish)
- Effective organizational, stress, and time management skills
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently or as a team member
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role (Solar experience not required, but a plus)
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and Google Suite
- Applicants who have flexible schedules are required
- Experience with Data stored procedures, middleware, or other technologies.
