Lumio is Home Experience, Elevated.™ About This Role As a Roof Lead installer, your job duties will be, but are not limited to, directing the install team, completing a solar install from start to finish, training new crew members, ensuring safety standards are being met, overseeing install clean-up, and more.You will work closely with the Field Supervisor to ensure all team members are following company policy and correctly operating field equipment and vehicles.We are looking for a leader with problem solving expertise and great communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction with professional, timely, and efficient installs. Overall Responsibilities Sets strategic direction and vision for the safety function that aligns with company-wide objectives.
